Job Description

What you will do

  • Support the Product Management and Integrity System (ProMIS): Enable centralized management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, and performance claims.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in ProMIS: Collaborates with the Lubricants introductions and changes (including product, raw material, and formulation updates). Interacts with Product Management, Technology Development, Technology Deployment, Procurement, Operations, and Suppliers. Manage Engineering

  • Change Record (ECR) analysis and planning, ensuring all activities comply with Brand and Product Integrity standards.

  • Performance Claims: Maintain centralized documentation of product performance claims and stay current on processes, product performance, and testing requirements for specific business lines.

  • Raw Material Specifications & Variations: Work with Technology Development, Technology Deployment, Technical teams,...
