:As a Process Advisor at ApplyBoard, you will play a vital role in guiding students and Recruitment Partners through the selection and application processes for various products designed to support their educational endeavors. You will collaborate closely with recruitment partners and directly engage with students to ensure a smooth and effective application experience. Your specialized knowledge of financial products, excellent customer service skills, and proactive approach will significantly contribute to the success of our lending program and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing everyday:
Application Guidance and Loan Conversion:
Work directly with students and RPs to facilitate the accurate and complete submission of loan applications to designated banking partners.
