PC Express is seeking a talented Procedure Writer to join our team in San Juan City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and documenting standard operating procedures to support the efficient and effective operations of our organization. What you'll be doing

• Research and analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document clear, concise and user-friendly procedures
