Job Description
- Graduate of Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience relevant working experience.
- Experience in banking/financial industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and resolution of incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage the IT-related problems, from detection to resolution, ensuring that all issues are promptly addressed.
- Adept at analyzing incidents to identify underlying problems and prevent recurrence, contributing to the overall stability of IT services.
- Provide effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment on problem status & resolution.
- Support problem management stakeholders and take a lead role in improving data quality.
