· Should have experience in Major Incident management of Infrastructure projects in
·10+ years of Experience in Problem Management skills in banking domain
·Excellent Good Verbal & Written communication skills.
·Ability to work in 24x7 shift model
·Ability to work in hostile environment and look for solutions by managing various stakeholders.
·Ability to run war room independently and be able to provide regular updates both to the business & technology stakeholders.
·Drive RCA independently and ensure closure of the problems.
·Ability to send to regular updates to all the stakeholders

Good to Have:

· ITIL Certification
·Handled Major Incidents independently

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

· End to End ownership of the war rooms, run war room, and drive RCA
