Missan IT Solutions in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Support Engineer with 1–2 years of IT support experience. The role focuses on Level 1 end-user assistance, hardware/software troubleshooting, and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.

You will handle Windows OS, Microsoft 365, password resets, and basic network issues, with opportunities to grow under the IT team. In-person work in Sharjah is required.
