We are seeking a highly organized and proactive support specialist to manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence with absolute confidentiality.



  • Manage agenda, coordinate activities, ensure efficient communication with stakeholders.

  • Prepare documents and presentations for internal teams, clients, partners. Ensure seamless workflow coordination.


The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant at C-level for 3+ years. They must possess excellent organizational skills,
discretion under pressure.
The role offers international exposure in IT security & support environment.
