Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
