PRN Administrator On Site - Patient Access Center

Functioning within the Health System’s mission, values, objectives, policies and procedures, the Administrator On-Site (AOS) shares responsibility for management of the human, material and fiscal resources of Lima Memorial Health System (LMHS) by providing 24/7 leadership and overall management of patient placement and throughput, and working with department Managers and Staffing Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing that is in line with benchmarks /based on acuity. The AOS serves as a role model for professional communication, uses critical data to arrive at logical decisions, and nurtures an environment which actively supports LMHS’ quality, safety, financial and satisfaction goals. S/he plays a key role in actively marketing LMHS’ services to the community and promotes LMHS specialty services (i.e. nephrology, urology, concussion clinic) to outlying hospitals.
