Our client is an expanding listed investment firm. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbent with attractive package for the captioned opening.

  • Monitor the private equity deals and perform strategic M&A and direct investments of principal capital activities
  • Analyse, structure and execute the potential investment, ideally focusing in the sectors of financial services, healthcare and consumer/retail
    • Requirement: :
  • 5+ years' solid relevant experience in dealing with Private Equity
  • Detail-minded, initiative, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good in both written and spoken Chinese and English
