Key Responsibilities
Growth Architecture: Design and implement the private domain growth framework tailored for the Philippines. Own the full-funnel process (Acquisition → Retention → Conversion) to hit player growth and revenue KPIs.
Player Segmentation: Establish detailed player personas and tagging systems (e.g., Whales, Active, Churn-risk). Implement precision marketing strategies to maximize player lifetime value.
Community Migration & Growth: Drive the migration of in-game players to Community channels of own platform and private channels such as Facebook Groups, viber and Telegram. Design localized viral mechanics to optimize player acquisition and retention.
Localized Content & Campaigns: Orchestrate community content and exclusive events that resonate with Philippine gaming culture. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to produce culturally relevant scripts and promotional materials.
