Private Credit BD Director, Wealth Management Channel

Monroe Capital LLC seeks an experienced investment Business Development professional to promote Private Credit offerings into the Wealth Management channel. You will develop relationships with Private Banks, Wirehouses, and independent broker-dealers, and support the firm’s Marketing and Investor Relations programs.

The role requires 5–10+ years of external BD in the advisor-sold space, Series 7 and 63, a finance or business degree, and willingness to travel.
