Responsibilities
- Responsible for post-sales operation and maintenance support of private cloud products, including service inspection, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, version changes, etc.
- Manage customer issues well, continuously track stability risks and problems, ensure stable operation of customer environments, and promote product improvement and optimization.
- Identify urgent and critical events for customers, promptly connect backend resources to facilitate problem resolution, and minimize impact on customer business.
- Continuously accumulate operation and maintenance experience, consolidate standard operating procedures, enhance the team's technical capabilities and service levels, and provide high-quality operation and maintenance services to customers.
