  • Communicating effectively with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals




  • Demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with elderly clients




  • Attending client meetings at clients’ homes where necessary




  • Contributing to networking and marketing activities to support business development and the firm’s reputation




  • Working proactively to achieve good billing performance within the team
