Private Client Lawyer - Bedminster
Join a respected, multi office Legal 500 ranked firm as a Private Client Lawyer in their Bedminster offer. You'll handle a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and tax/estate planning.
The Role
- Manage a broad range of private client matters
- Advise on Wills, LPAs, Trusts and estate administration
- Provide technical support and training to colleagues
- Supervise junior staff
- Play an active role in business development activities
Candidate Requirements
- Solicitor (3+ PQE) or FCILEx with relevant practice rights
- Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, Trusts and estate/Trust administration
- Solid tax knowledge (IHT, CGT, Income Tax)
- STEP qualification or willingness to study
- Supervisory experience beneficial
