Responsibilities

  • Lead the food operation of the private lodge, delivering an exceptional dining experience to up to 20 guests.
  • Create menus using locally sourced organic produce, award‑winning meats, and estate‑grown cheese.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Butler, lodge manager and Head Chef to coordinate service.
  • Ensure all client expectations are exceeded with high attention to detail.
