Private Banking Head

The Private Banking (PB) Head is responsible for leading the Team of Relationship Management (RM) Head, Relationship Managers (RMs), Associate Relationship Managers (ARMs) as well as Operations Officers involved in Private Banking transactions. He /She is tasked to drive business growth and efficient delivery of positive customer experience at the Center. The role also ensures effective compliance and control measures to manage operational risks including those specified by regulations and applicable laws.

The Private Banking (PB) Head is also responsible to pursue new business opportunities by creating and implementing a comprehensive Private Banking strategy for the Center’s private banking customers. Similarly, he /she supports hiring and developing the right RM talent to achieve sales and foster a culture of integrity, customer orientation, and accountability.
