Working in a small corporate services team you will be the central privacy specialist, ensuring proactive compliance with both the Commonwealth Privacy Act and the State PRIS Act.

Your role includes:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee privacy policies, standards, and procedures
  • Proactively monitor regulatory changes
  • Privacy Impact Assessments
  • Contribute to the data breach response plan, overseeing investigation, documentation, and mandatory regulatory reporting.
