Privacy Program Manager

Overview

The Privacy Program Manager serves as the operational engine of Jumio’s global privacy program. This hands‑on execution role translates privacy and AI governance requirements into actionable project plans, processes, and measurable outcomes. The manager supports the Global Head of Privacy and works across Product, Engineering, Support, and other departments to embed privacy and responsible AI principles into day‑to‑day operations. This position is focused on delivery, not legal advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the privacy program’s project portfolio, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Use Jira and Confluence to document processes, maintain project tracking, and create dashboards that provide program visibility to leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and report on privacy program metrics and KPIs.
