The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring smooth HR processes, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The role involves direct client interaction, system design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support. Key Responsibilities :
Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as :
a. Core HR
b. Absence Management
c. Payroll is a must
d. Performance Management is a must

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
