About the Role
We are seeking a Group Leader – Prior Authorizationto oversee and guide a team responsible for managing prior authorization requests within the revenue cycle. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on proficiency with RCM toolsand Epic systemsto ensure compliance, efficiency, and high-quality patient care support.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Prior Authorization team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster professional development.
• Review, approve, and escalate prior authorization requests in alignment with payer requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, payers, and patients to resolve authorization issues.
• Utilize Epicand other RCM toolsto track, document, and report authorization activities.
