About the job Printing Assistant (Bedok) Job Scope

Operate photocopying, printing, laminating, binding, collating, cutting, and shredding equipment

Print and distribute worksheets, teaching materials, exam papers, circulars, and notes

Handle bulk printing requests and prioritise tasks accordingly

Monitor and manage printing room supplies (paper, toner, laminating materials, stationery)

Maintain cleanliness, order, and confidentiality in the Printing Room

Requirements

Minimum Secondary School education (GCE N or O Level or equivalent)

Preferably 1–3 years of relevant printing or document handling experience

Experience in a school environment is an advantage

Able to operate office and printing machines independently

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Service-oriented, detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines

Team player with a pleasant and professional attitude
