Print Team Leader

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Printing Supervisor to lead our printing division and ensure seamless production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production team, ensuring all outputs align with job plans and customer specifications. This role involves hands‑on operation and maintenance of printing machinery—including typesetting, binding, offset printing, and lithography—as well as performing routine equipment servicing and repairs. The successful candidate will also manage work order requests, promptly identify and report malfunctions, and contribute to a smooth, efficient, and high‑quality production workflow.
