Senior Graphic Designer Needed — High Standards, Real Experience Required
I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to help refine and produce print and digital marketing assets (starting with a rack card). We like a clean, modern aesthetic, less is more. Also need a new sandwich sign, feather flag, rack card, car wraps, digital website assets and graphics.
This role is for you if:
You can create clean, modern designs that read clearly in print
You understand hierarchy, spacing, contrast, and restraint
You know when less copy and fewer elements make the design stronger
You can take direction and also push back when something won't work
This role is NOT for you if:
Your portfolio is mostly social templates or Canva-style designs
You rely heavily on stock layouts without thinking through use case
You need constant hand-holding or vague direction to move forward
