Principle Experience Architect

Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, detail‑obsessed Principal Experience Architect to elevate and safeguard the quality of our digital products. This is not a hands‑on production design role. Instead, this leader will define, enforce, and continuously refine our UX/UI standards to ensure every product release reflects an elite, industry‑leading experience. This individual will serve as the authority on user interface quality and user experience execution. They will partner closely with the Chief Experience Officer and mentor our UX/UI designers, while holding engineering teams accountable to established design standards. The ideal candidate brings a refined aesthetic sensibility, the confidence to challenge cross‑functional teams, and deep experience in the golf and private club industry.
