Principal Test Solutions Engineer

Leonardo is offering a Principal Test Solutions Engineer position. The role is responsible for engineering management and development of test solutions for complex electronic systems (RF, digital, analogue).

Responsibilities

• Create and capture Test Equipment Requirements for RF, digital and analogue test systems.
• Create and capture Production Test Requirements for main equipment, covering PCB and system level testing.
• Support subcontracting of complex test solutions to the supply chain.
• Maintain relationships with LEUK and third‑party suppliers to deliver test solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Resolve technical queries from main product suppliers in a timely manner.
• Implement effective life‑cycle design reviews and identify technical risks with mitigation strategies.
