1. Role Summary

The Principal Technical Consultant is the technical linchpin for D365 (Customer Service, Sales) implementations within the Healthcare Payer domain. You will lead the development of highly customized solutions that extend the out-of-the-box capabilities of Dynamics 365. This includes overseeing complex C#/.NET plugins, sophisticated JavaScript/TypeScript client-side logic, and high-volume data integrations with core Payer systems. You are the final arbiter of code quality, performance optimization, and technical compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST standards.
