As a Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will be responsible for advanced root‑cause analysis, performance optimization, configuration tuning, and long‑term stability improvements. You will work with Customer Engineering on escalations to address critical customer issues by: Collaborating with core engineering teams, Customer Support, Incident Management, and customers to stabilize and optimize enterprise environments. Performing root cause analysis and kernel-level debugging on supported enterprise operating systems running on Dell hardware.
