Principal System Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collect vendor performance matrix related to the Amgen s Veeva Vault Platform service deliver, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate any performance risks, ensuring that the platform service is scalable, secure, and resilient.
• Responsible for service performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of performance.
• Establish and enforce vendor service standards, governance policies, and best practices
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze team s performance and service related KPIs, ensuring that service meet both business and technical needs
• Drive continuous improvement vendor service performance by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
• Design vendor service that can scale to meet growing business needs and performance demands
