Principal Solutions Engineer

Location: Mexico City preferred. Open to candidates in other Mexican cities willing to travel to CDMX when needed. Modality: Fully remote to start, transitioning to hybrid in CDMX as the team grows. Compensation: $150,000 – $220,000 MXN gross/month. We are willing to negotiate for the right person. About the role We are a growing AI startup with a Causal AI + Reinforcement Learning model in production, serving clients in banking, retail, and finance in Mexico. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to be the technical face of the company with clients — someone who can run a full implementation from discovery to go-live, and also build internal tooling that helps a small team scale. This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do.
