The Principal Solutions Architect leads Sprinklr’s most complex and strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI driven customer engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted executive advisor to Sprinklr’s largest and most complex enterprise customers.
  • Own end-to-end architectural strategy for largescale, multiyear transformation programs.
  • Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures.
  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges.
  • Influence Sprinklr’s product and platform roadmap through deep customer insight.
  • Establish reference architectures and best practices across the global SA organization.
