Job Description
Working as a Principal Software Engineer, you will:
- Drive the full lifecycle of software solutions, from architectural design through development to production deployment
- Build and evolve AI-powered, customer-focused systems using modern GenAI tools and agent-based development approaches
- Design complex components and features while ensuring scalability, reliability, and high quality
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Managers to shape roadmaps and deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Influence and improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and support Software Engineers and Quality Analysts, including reviewing code and test strategies
