What You’ll Do
As a Principal Software Engineer at Evolve Security, you’ll take full ownership of building, shaping, and supporting the software that powers our cybersecurity solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will:
- Design, code, and debug production-ready software
- Improve the performance and reliability of existing systems
- Mentor and train other engineers to help them grow
- Maintain, enhance, and modernize our software stack
- Research and recommend new technologies to boost team productivity
- Lead the technical direction and execution of projects
- Investigate and resolve software issues to ensure top-notch performance
- Collaborate regularly with the team—sharing ideas, discussing roadmaps, and solving challenges
