Principal Software Engineer – Elasticsearch Search Infra

This role focuses on providing technical vision and direction for Elasticsearch’s core search infrastructure, including indexing, retrieval, and relevance. The engineer will lead the evolution of core search and indexing capabilities and work closely with product and partner teams to shape the long‑term technical roadmap.
