Admin AI is a stealth healthcare AI startup backed by a16z, founded by Johannes Schildt (founder of Kry) and Fredrik Nylander (ex-Tumblr, Oscar Health). Our mission is to use AI to automate GP diagnosis and build agents capable of full doctor-level tasks, making healthcare truly accessible.

Responsibilities

• Software Engineer to deploy AI systems in healthcare, focusing on patient communication, triage, and secure data layers using Python.
• Work directly with hospitals and clinics to deploy and refine enterprise-grade systems, including AI-driven patient communication and triage, agent orchestration with robust guardrails, and secure healthcare data layers with low-latency voice/video.
• Hands-on, Python-heavy role focused on solving high-impact problems in scale, distributed systems, and enterprise integration. The tech stack is primarily Python, with flexibility on other languages for experienced engineers.
