The Trust & Safety Moderation and Fraud team is at the very heart of Tripadvisor. Our mission is to help build and maintain trust in our brand and preserve our brand integrity. We are responsible for developing and maintaining complex business rule processing systems for event streams and UI tools for internal users that help do that. In 2024, we’ve embarked on a multi-year project to complete modernization of our systems to address current system concerns (eg. scaling), strategic business needs, and external needs.
