Principal - SAP Case Management (CM) Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP Case Management (CM) solutions. Perform system testing, unit testing, and support user acceptance activities. Compile Functional Specifications and solution documentation. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements. Analyse current (AS-IS) business processes and document future-state (TO-BE) processes. Lead and participate in solution design workshops and provide guidance to junior functional analysts. Collaborate with solution architects and integration specialists to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. Ensure solution designs comply with organisational architecture standards and policies. Configure SAP solutions and perform unit testing. Coordinate and execute testing of RICEFW developments with technical teams.
