Principal Recruiter

This position may be based in Coopersburg, PA or Austin, TX.

Lutron is seeking a skilled and proactive Principal Recruiterto lead full-cycle hiring for professional roles across a designated function and support the development of high-quality recruiting practices. You will be deeply immersed in that function’s priorities, culture, and talent needs, operating as a true extension of the business to ensure we meet both current and future staffing demands.

In this role, you will independently manage full-cycle recruitment deliveryand partner closely with business leaders to ensure hiring needs are met with excellence. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, a coach to hiring teams, and a champion of a best-in-class candidate experience.
