Responsibilities

  • Owning and evolving Nextlane’s Customer Interaction products, including Communication Center, AI Receptionist, and future AI‑powered engagement capabilities.
  • Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for customer communication experiences across voice, messaging, and workflow automation.
  • Designing and improving core interaction capabilities such as routing, conversation orchestration, automation workflows, and AI‑assisted customer journeys.
  • Driving the adoption of AI‑powered experiences, including conversational interfaces, voice automation, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
  • Leading product discovery with dealerships, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
