+ Develop the flow with Cadence tools to from advanced process technologies to provide benefit to the customer
+ Collaborate with R&D and Foundry to deliver high quality Cadence tools to mutual customers.
+ Align with R&D, Marketing to set business goal, strategy, plan & priority.
+ Ability to analyze, communicate and lead resolution of complex technical issues for customers and team members.
+ Proactively seeks more information to address issues/problems. Understands how and where to obtain and utilize resources effectively to resolve issues and problems.

+ Possesses IR-Drop/EM/APR/Full layout experience would be a plus
