Job Overview
Responsible for high-speed backplane connector and/or high-speed mezzanine connector product design & development, which are used inside of Server and storage for data communication. Following TE LEANPD process to complete new product design and development along with project development team, including but not limited to customer requirements alignment, concept conceives, detailed design, product qualification and production. Initiate the concepts for next generation new products, offering the optionality in technical solutions, proactively prove the feasibility and mitigate the risks.
