As assembly process engineer, lead R&D phase assembly automation equipment selection and solution development, work closely with vendors and internal resource across functional teams to evaluate machine capability, efficiency, target to deliver low cost, high automation level solution for mass production.Lead component and module level die bonding process development with expert solution from investment and technical perspective.Within the Global Process Development team, located in Shenzhen, lead the process development activities, from development phase (Pre-Alpha and Alpha) to transfer to manufacturing (Beta and Post Beta)Provide input to the design team on new products to guarantee product manufacturability and improve automation level (DFM, DFA)Own the technology transfer to designated manufacturing site (Lumentum...
