Responsibilities

• Conduct performance monitoring on a continuous basis, evolving the function by automating and optimizing processes to become proactive and forward-looking
• Conduct forensic research and analysis on billing, payment and collections requests and issues in order to identify risks and opportunities and provide valuable information to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare value‑add presentations for clients offering insights into their performance and preparing recommendations
