Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Principal Officer – Compliance to lead HeraldEx.Com’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT), fraud prevention, and enterprise risk management programs in India. The Principal Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and reporting obligations to the Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND), while strengthening the organization’s overall compliance framework for digital asset operations.
