Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with existing principals (strategic, core and potential), enhancing collaboration and mutual business growth by ensuring excellent communication, alignment on objectives and the resolution of any issues by applying appropriate principal management practices.

Lead the pitching process of new suppliers in close collaboration with market management and in line with Global steering; be accountable for distribution contracts and enable product management to onboard new principal and product portfolio.

Negotiate supply agreements, principal goals and terms of business in alignment with corporate objectives and overall business strategy; all objectives to be approved by the Regional President.
