Location and Hours
Prefers candidate based in Toronto, but will consider Boston area candidates willing to travel to Toronto at least once a quarter.
Work hours flexible; meetings typically scheduled 9am-5pm EST.
Salary range: $215,000 - $235,000 CAD (U.S. based may discuss variation).
Reports to Steve Boyle, Director of Engineering.
In This Role, You'll Be Expected To
Lead advanced development efforts on highly complex, ambiguous technical problems that shape the future of Synex's technology.
Serve as lead architect for Synex's next‑generation system, designing and prototyping novel hardware architectures and translating theoretical concepts into practical engineering solutions.
Drive technical exploration through simulation, experimentation, and rapid iteration to identify and resolve key technical risks.
