The Windows Experiences team is responsible for delivering seamless and integrated AI experiences in Windows for consumers, information workers, frontline workers, gamers, and others. In this role, you’ll partner closely with other teams in Windows, as well as across Office, and Edge.
We’re looking for a data-driven & customer-obsessed GEM with a history of delivering great end-to-end experiences, and a passion for innovation in human-computer interaction. The ideal candidate brings deep client-side product understanding combined with services experience, and a passion for driving service excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement across the customer journey.
