What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Django
Design backend architectures, including database schemas, APIs, caching strategies, and task queues
Build modular, accessible, and responsive frontend components with React (Hooks, Context, state management)
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver intuitive and polished user experiences
Conduct code reviews, drive engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, security), and uphold code quality across the stack
Own technical delivery — from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and performance monitoring
Serve as a mentor and technical resource to other engineers, providing architectural guidance and career development support
Communicate directly with clients or stakeholders to ensure clarity around scope, priorities, and expectations
