Your mission
In this role, you will act as a technical leader, shaping the future of our platform and mentoring the engineers around you. You'll tackle our most ambiguous and challenging technical problems, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and built for the long term.
Your mission might include:
- Driving the technical vision and architecture for our core product, working closely with our ML team to integrate new AI features.
- Leading the design and execution of large-scale technical projects, such as evolving our monorepo strategy or migrating a core service to a new architecture.
- Mentoring other senior engineers, elevating the team's skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and establishing best practices.
- Partnering with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the product roadmap for the next 1-2 years.
