Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Coach next level in enhancing technical know-how and problem-solving analysis.
• Responsible to identify and drive improvement actions in YASSY and YBE.
• Responsible to drive for 8D closure of FAR, SCAR and MRB.
• Responsible to identify and drive improvement actions on Quality and Stability Index (FAR, SCAR and DDM).
• Governs process specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Technical members in GCM of new material, process and method qualification.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology.
